Pilates

Jen offers customized private and duet sessions at her office as well as in-home visits on demand. Pilates is a full body workout that enhances strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, breath and centeredness. In the words of Joseph Pilates, “ Pilates Is for everybody and every body.” She has been teaching Pilates more than 15 years, was originally classically trained but furthered her knowledge through other training programs, including Balanced Body, Basi, Polestar and Club Pilates. She has worked for many independent studios and fitness centers throughout the Bay Area and brings that experience into her sessions.
