About Jen

Jen is a licensed movement professional committed to helping others move better, feel better, breathe better, and ultimately live better. She loves teaching others to better connect to their own mind and bodies. Jen seamlessly blends her roles as a Physical Therapist, Level 3 NKT clinician, Ergonomist, and Pilates instructor into every session. Jen has worked in all major settings, including acute, sub-acute, outpatient, assisted living, Oncology and home health settings. She has treated a vast array of medical conditions and improved patient functional mobility, strength, and balance in individuals of all ages. Concurrently, Jen has taught Pilates at a multitude of studios and organizations and brings this experience with her Into each and every session to help each individual progress in their own best time. She sees private physical therapy patients and Pilates clients at her office. Fun Stuff!: Jen deeply understands athletics and the injuries that may arise from muscular imbalances as well as overuse. Her love of sports Involved national level rowing, excellence in triathlon and distance swimming as well as coaching. She continues to maintain an active lifestyle, enjoying swimming, hiking, and dog walking daily. She is known for getting those less inclined to exercise on their feet again with a smile.
